The Cous Cous Fest is a symbol of cultural integration and acceptance, the willing of gathering different cultures around a plate which has always be part of the Mediterranean cuisine. Does CousCous belong to the Sicilian or the Moroccan tradition? It's hard to say, the two have always influenced each others, in a mutual exchange.
" This event will be a celebration of mutual acceptance and dialogue among cultures; all those are values we 've been sharing on theShukran every single day and we want to spread out this message,- as Siham Lamoudni comments-by getting to know other habits and new ways of preparing a common plate but with a different vision, we can create a strong bond of brotherhood. This is a precious message that theShukran wants to carry on together with the Cous Cous Fest organization".
